Impact Wrench Instructions
Step 1
Put the cutting fluid on the C-Sert. Place the C-Sert in its pilot hole and fit the hexagonal installer to it. Give the installer 5 or 6 solid hits with a hammer to seat the C-Sert fully in the pilot hole.
Step 2
Put the impact wrench into reverse setting. Place it on the maximum blows-per-second.
Step 3
Press the drive socket tight and flush against the hex installer. The impact should be perpendicular to the work surface, not off to the right or left or cocked up or down. Once it’s straight, really lean into the impact and get your weight behind it, and pull the trigger.
